Youth Strength Training
with Adi Bird
For ages 11-17. This 6 week program is designed to build strength and cardio conditioning. The participants will learn how to bench press, squat, deadlift and use dumbbells/kettlebells with a focus on technique and building confidence. These classes are inclusive for all fitness abilities and do not require any lifting experience. They will learn and review foundational movements and apply them to goals whether they are sport specific cross training or general fitness. Coach Adi uses her previous experience from her years competing in and training for national level BMX racing to design and lead this functional fitness development program for youth.
