Beginner Bundle

The Beginner Bundle is a package of 5 x 60 minute personal training sessions and 5 x drop-in sessions to our group classes so you can benefit from 1-1 attention and try out classes simultaneously. If you are brand new to weight lifting, have any injuries or are uncertain about coming to classes this is a perfect way to gain confidence and build a toolbox of skills ahead of class time.  You'll also have a coach in your corner from day 1 to debrief after classes! 

This 2 Month Package costs $400 + tax and all

sessions must be completed within 2 months of purchasing.

Make a plan:

After your consult, you and your coach determine a training schedule that works for you and book sessions accordingly.  Homework can always be provided if you're interested in adding that into your routine!
