Be Legendary (50+)

The Be Legendary program is designed to promote longevity through functional fitness workouts which build strength and mobility

This program runs every Tuesday and Thursday 1-2pm. You must sign up for a month at a time. 

This class is for ages 50+ who want to reconnect with active living, gain strength, build balance, and increase mobility. Each class begins with a warm up of light cardio, stretching, balance and mobility. Next is a strength component that will focus on a specific skill. This is followed by a circuit and topped off with a cool down stretch.
