This workshop has been designed to help you change all that for good! No matter what the area of change, you will learn to empower yourself to set achievable goals, increase your self-efficacy, alter your mindset around change, monitor your progress, and have the option of accountability to the group. This is open to any adult looking for change in any area of their life, whether it be based around food, body, relationships, daily habits, or anything else!
In this 6-week workshop, you will get a chance to set your own goals at the beginning, explore WHY those goals are important to you, and learn how to affect LASTING Change, review your progress, and get help navigating hiccups you are experiencing. You will be supported along the way by Certified Behaviour Change Specialist Marnie Slater who will guide you through your step-by-step personal change journey.
