Strong Mommas

with Rosie Eliason

Wild + United is proud to have trainer Rosie Eliason in our corner and looking after all those wild mommas out there!

After giving birth to her son Miles, Rosie returned to our team and feels called to support women in their postpartum journeys and beyond.  Come out and build community with mommas in a similar season of life as you. Babies who are pre-mobile are welcome to come to class with you. Please note: you do not need to be "freshly" postpartum to partake. 

Level 1: a gentle postpartum return to movement. Must be 6+ weeks post birth. Pre-mobile babies welcome to join.

 

Level 2: a workout series for postpartum moms with a focus on pelvic floor function, core stability and strength training. Must have completed strong mommas level 1 or have been exercising semi-regularly. Pre-mobile babies are welcome.
