Teen Lifting

with Morgan Klieber

This 6-week program is designed to introduce teens to a safe and inclusive lifting environment, with a focus on building strength and cardio conditioning. We will learn weightlifting movements such as bench, squat and deadlift, while using dumbbells, kettlebells, and other equipment for accessory movements. This series will emphasize proper technique and building confidence in a fun way!
