Youth Weightlifting

This 8-week program is designed to build strength and cardio conditioning. We will learn weightlifting movements such as the snatch, clean and jerk, bench, squat, deadlift, and use dumbbells + kettlebells with a focus on technique and building confidence. We will learn and review foundational movements, and apply them to the goals of the group, whether they are for sport specific cross training or general fitness. Adi uses her previous experience from her years competing in and training for national level BMX racing to design and lead this functional fitness development program for youth.
