Beginner Bundle

The Beginner Bundle is a package of 5 personal training sessions which are perfect for a newbie at the gym who would like to prepare themselves in a one on one setting before joining group classes at Wild + United Athletics.  If you are brand new to weight lifting, have any injuries or are uncertain about coming to classes this is a perfect way to gain confidence and build a toolbox of skills ahead of class time!
