What do I need to bring/wear?
Please bring a water bottle, towel and a positive attitude! We provide water and good times! Please wear clean running shoes and whatever you can move comfortably in. You are more than welcome to bring your own yoga mat, but we have all of the equipment you need here.
Do I need to be in shape?
Nope, all fitness levels are welcome! Classes are designed to challenge you, but it is important to communicate openly with your coach and listen to your body while doing the exercises. We are very attentive to providing progressions and modifications whenever necessary. However, please make sure you have been cleared by your doctor for moderate to vigorous exercise.
What’s a good class to start with?
We have a special intro class just for you! On Saturday mornings at 8am we have an Intro to Strong + United class where you will be able to review technique, get a feel for the gym and learn more about our classes. This is not a pre-requisite for any of our classes but we love it when people get the chance to do this one first because it sets you up for success!
How far in advance can I sign up for class?
You can sign up for class as soon as they're posted. We recommend you sign up for classes online to secure your spot as early as you can.
Can I do class while pregnant?
You are welcome to attend all our classes, but please make sure you have consulted with your doctor before giving class a whirl and always let your coach know before class!
Should I arrive early?
We suggest you arrive 5 minutes prior to class, especially if you have never been here before. You will need to sign a waiver form if you haven't already, and we are happy to give you a mini tour of the gym to get you comfortable with the space.
