Cancellation for Personal Training:
We require 24 hours notice for cancelling or changing personal training sessions. Please communicate directly with your personal trainer to cancel or change your booking. Cancelling your personal training session without adequate notice will result in loss of the session.
Cancellation for Classes:
We require 12 hours notice to cancel your reservation for attending class to allow waitlisted folks a chance to get to class in your stead. If you forget to cancel your reservation you will need to contribute a donation to our community jar which will be passed on to a Comox Valley charity or cause.
Waitlist for classes
You may sign up for full classes by joining the waitlist. If you are on the waitlist and get bumped into class with less than 12 hours notice and can’t make it, you will not be charged. If you are bumped into class with more than 12 hours notice, regular cancellation policy applies. We have this in place to give other people a chance to sign up.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes. If you are away for more than a week we are happy to put your membership on hold. Holds may only be placed in advance of missed time, not after returning from your break.
All passes are non refundable. Unlimited monthly and yearly passes expire according to type of pass and date of purchase. 10 class passes expire 6 months after the purchase date. Our gift certificates do not expire. Only 1 person allowed per class card. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
Returns & Exchanges
Wild+United do not issue refunds on our products, but we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition.
