COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY
We have implemented a variety of safety measures to ensure our studio is as safe as possible
for all of our Clients as recommended by the Provincial Health Officer and by WorkSafe BC and
will continue to monitor and update our safety precautions as necessary. Such measures
include limiting group class size, disinfecting all equipment regularly and limiting our operating
hours. All clients are required to abide by all safety requirements while using the studio.
SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 INCLUDE FEVER, CHILLS, COUGH, SHORTNESS OF BREATH,
SORE THROAT AND PAINFUL SWALLOWING, STUFFY OR RUNNY NOSE, LOSS OF
SENSE OF SMELL, HEADACHE, MUSCLE ACHES, FATIGUE OR LOSS OF APPETITE.
While we are taking precautions to help stop the spread of COVID19, there is a risk that anyone
who enters the studio is at risk of exposure to the virus. Anyone who enters the studio
voluntarily assumes such risk and agrees to indemnify, release and save harmless Wild +
United Athletics Inc., and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, successors and assigns
from any loss, costs, damage or expense as a result of being exposed and/or contracting
COVID19 while attending the studio.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means for up until 24 hours prior to your class, you can cancel out and no one will ever know! However, after that time period you will be considered a late cancel.
How It Works:
If you're on an unlimited membership:
- Late cancel, you will be charged a $5.00 fee
- No show, you will be charged the full rate of 1 punch card pass, $19.50
If you're a punch card holder or doing a drop in:
- Late cancel & no show, you will lose the punch or drop in
That being said we understand things happen that are out of our control. If there is an emergency, please cancel yourself out of class and email us at email@example.com
Additionally, if you feel you are ill and at risk of spreading any illness, such as Covid 19, you must contact us via email to ensure that we do not charge you for a late cancel. If you feel ill, please stay home!
Personal Training Clients:
Clients must provide 24 hrs notice when cancelling or rescheduling a
personal training session. If 24hrs notice is not provided, the client will be charged the full fee for
the missed session. Please contact your personal trainer directly to change or cancel your
You may sign up for full classes by joining the waitlist. We have 3 spots for waitlisted people on each class. Until 24 hrs before class, if anyone cancels their booking for class you will automatically be bumped into class and emailed to fill their spot! In the 24hrs before class this process is manual rather than automatic so feel free to call us and we will confirm that you can come to class.
If you are on the waitlist and get bumped into class with less than 24 hours’ notice and can’t make it, you will not be charged. If you are provided more than 24 hours’ notice and either late cancel or no-show your booking our cancellation policy above will apply. If your plans change, please remove yourself from any affected waitlists.
If you have an Auto-Renew Unlimited Membership you may put a "Hold" on your membership for 7-30 days at a time. Holds may only be placed in advance of missed time, not after returning from your break. No other memberships are eligible to be put on hold.

6 MONTH PUNCH PASS
This punch pass gives you access to book 10 classes within a 6 month period. It is activated on your date of purchase. It can not be extended, transferred or refunded.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
All passes are non-refundable. Unlimited monthly passes expire 1 month after the purchase
date. 6 Month Punch Passes are for use of our group fitness classes and open gym and expire 6 months
after the purchase date. All memberships and punch cards are non-transferable.
Pricing for all group classes, memberships and personal training are as set out on our website
and subject to change at any time. All prices listed are in Canadian dollars.
RETAIL RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Wild+United does not issue refunds on our products, but we are happy to offer an exchange or
store credit within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Items returned to us must be in original,
Wild + United Athletics is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings
while you are present in the studio. We highly recommend you do not bring any valuable items
into the studio.
We welcome participants ages 18+ to freely access our classes. Any client 16-18 years old
must be accompanied by a guardian. Sorry we don't allow under 16's to join our group classes. Sometimes we offer specific classes for under 16's, call us for more info on these options.
