POSITION: Experienced Certified Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor / Strength Training Coach
We are a fun, friendly local strength and conditioning gym looking to expand our coaching roster with an experienced coach who’s ready to bring the heat in both group fitness classes and personal training.
We’ve recently moved into a larger space on McPhee Ave in Courtenay, and our team of 10 coaches is struggling to keep up with demand. We’re receiving multiple personal training inquiries each week (sometimes each day!), so we’re excited to onboard a coach with a flexible schedule who’s ready to build a strong roster of clients.
Our classes cap at 12 people, and we pride ourselves on offering hands-on, dynamic coaching that not only motivates our clients but also builds confidence in strength training. Our gym culture lives somewhere between CrossFit, powerlifting, and general group fitness, and our coaches bring experience and certifications from all of these worlds.
