Conditioning for Peri/Menopause

A 6 week series of foundation development, progressive lifting, and high intensity interval training guided by Kinesiologist Kim Jaccard. This program includes education and reputable programming for women in perimenopause that are keen to mitigate symptoms of this chapter of life. Build muscle, increase bone density, boost cognitive health, and improve metabolic state in this supportive community of women.
