Teen Strength + Conditioning
Come and hang out with peers who have a common interest in movement and health. The body is meant to move and often school, work, hobbies, and downtime may involve large amounts of time being sedentary. This course offers a chance to finish the school week with a workout before heading into the weekend. We will include a significant strength component focusing on fundamental movement patterns, circuit training focusing on muscle and cardio conditioning, proper warm up & cool down. We want to introduce teens to a safe and inclusive fitness environment where they can get an idea on how one might incorporate fitness into their lifestyle and draw inspiration from class. Ages 12-18 welcome.
Five sessions, 50 minutes long, Friday's at 4pm
