Here are the deets:

Join other Queer folks in this 5-week mobility series. During these weeks you will work on improving your joints' active range of motion through a number of exercises. Mobility training is optimal for injury prevention as it improves controlled range of motion when an individual is running, jumping, lifting. If you’re constantly stiff, want to improve your athletic performance, struggle with poor posture or are injury prone then this class is for you.
