Covid 19 Protocols

Updated Jan 1, 2023

We allow 10 people per class, in designated spots,  to ensure that social distancing is possible during classes and open gym time. We require booking for our classes and open gym times, not only to ensure the studio is not overfilled, but also to track who has been in our space should we need to communicate with our community in the case of an outbreak. We always have a staff member on site to monitor safety at the gym during open hours.

We use a VIHA approved disinfectant, called Savall, for all surfaces and equipment in the gym and all equipment is disinfected after use and between clients.

We are cleaning all high traffic surfaces on a daily basis and whenever possible leaving our gym door and windows open to increase airflow as well as decrease contact with the door handles.

We provide hand sanitizer at entrances and hand washing stations with soap and paper towel. We remind clients to sanitize or wash their hands upon entry and exit of the building.

We ask that clients never come to the gym when they are unwell or feel that they may be becoming unwell. We do not penalize late class cancellations for clients who have concerns that they may be ill or have any Covid-19 symptoms. Our staff understands that they are not expected to work if they have any symptoms or suspected symptoms of Covid-19.

Currently our shower/change room is available, but we encourage clients to show up ready to workout, rather than using our facility to change or wash up.

We request that clients do not enter the gym more than 5 minutes before class starts to ensure that no bottlenecking occurs at the front door or in the lobby and to limit the amount of traffic we have in the common spaces of the studio.
