We are a strength and conditioning gym that prioritizes coaching, quality of movement and longevity in our programming. Our goal is to create a fresh, welcoming environment for you to enjoy while you tackle your health and fitness goals and build a community with other like-minded individuals in the Comox Valley. Our services include online workouts, personal training, group classes, sport specific fitness, workshops and community events. We are also the home of the Comox Valley Kettlebell Club.
Our group fitness classes include: Virtual The Athlete, The Athlete (in-person), Kettlebell Club, Gravity Yoga, Strong + United, Wise + United (60+), Row + Core, Row + HIIT, Somatic Yoga, Yin + Tonic Yoga and United by Food.
