Hi Friends!

We are a strength and conditioning gym that prioritizes coaching, quality of movement and longevity in our programming.  Our goal is to create a fresh, welcoming environment for you to enjoy while you tackle your health and fitness goals and build a community with other like-minded individuals in the Comox Valley. 

Our services include personal training, group classes, sport specific fitness, online workouts, workshops and community events.  We are also the home of the Comox Valley Kettlebell Club.

Group Fitness

Our gym offers over 60 classes per week, including The Athlete, Strong + United, Kettlebells and Mobility Training. Whenever possible we try to add in more variety so check out our live schedule for the most up to date offerings!

Programs and Workshops

Our gym offers a variety of classes which are included in our membership pricing, and also several special programs that our team offers out of our space.

Personal Training

At Wild + United, we value community and good times, and encourage all our clients to join group classes whenever they can.  Personal training is an opportunity that everyone should experience and allows you to work towards your goals in the most efficient way possible and on a schedule suited to you.  We offer semi-private and small group training too!
