Alicia Moore (She/Her)
Personal Trainer + Group Coach

About
Alicia grew up running wild in the forests around Prince Albert, SK. She earned her engineering
degree from the U of S and spent several years working in the Potash Industry. During those
years, she was a weekend warrior, getting outside on adventures any chance she got. Sometime
in her mid-thirties, she realized she had to get serious about fitness if she wanted to keep doing
all the outdoor sports she loved without getting hurt. She started lifting and running and soon
was hooked. She decided to quit her engineering job, get certified as a personal trainer and start
up a small fitness business in Regina. She especially enjoys helping people get moving again
who have been struggling with an injury or just need to get their jam back. She has special
training in working with seniors and brain health as well as pre/post-partum fitness.
Alicia’s lifelong dream was to leave the Prairies and live near mountains. She moved to the
Comox Valley summer of 2026 and is so happy to be a part of this amazing community.

+ Outside of sport, she is kind of a nerd: she enjoys baking, tutoring math, hanging with her family, and reading science fiction.
