Tori Lunden (She/Her)

Mobility Coach

About

Tori has been teaching yoga and mobility since 2009. During this time she has studied in numerous lineages and methodologies; most of which disagreed with each other. The result is a lighthearted approach to teaching that is both knowledgeable and unprescriptive.

“I am not a yoga teacher in the traditional sense that I operate from a specific style or lineage. Yoga is, at its core, a practice of revealing and altering unhealthy patterns in body and mind. My experience has been that there is no one way to accomplish this and that it looks a little different for everyone. I endeavor to honour this diversity in my teaching.”

Fun Facts

+ She decided to give yoga a try when she was 19 after a rugby tour in Wales left her with a right knee that would no longer bend and her fourth concussion.
