Wonder Women has become a local favorite over the past two years with Coach Morgan encouraging ladies to challenge themselves in a supportive and fun group strength training class. This class runs twice per week for 12 weeks at a time and pre-registration is required and capped at 8 participants. You will learn barbell lifts including Deadlift, Squat and Bench Press as well as supporting strength building exercises. Additionally, each week you will complete a cardio circuit to support and grow your body's ability to recover from weight lifting workouts. Be ready to challenge yourself, meet some like-minded ladies and have the occasional impromptu dance party.
When + How Much:
This class 2x per week, reserve your spot or inquire by emailing us. Over 12 weeks you will complete 24 classes.
Total cost for this program is $525 + tax. You must be able to commit to attending 2 classes a week as the programming is cumulative.
